Where does the time go?

Obviously the time has not gone to blogging! So here's where it's gone lately, or at least where it's gone when my camera's been handy....

Applepicking with good friends

On the hayride out to the apple orchard

To Saturday morning soccer games (and Wednesday night practices). The big news here is that O, who happily plays defense about 90% of the time, scored a goal!!

To a super-fun birthday party!

To Pioneers in the Park. Yes, that's a real tomahawk!!

And on a Stagecoach ride with our buddies the Hursts.
Lesson learned, the stagecoach is a smelly ride!

Tribe ROCKS!

Last night we got to do the coolest thing... we got to walk the warning track at Progressive Field before the Tribe game!! I bet you're wondering how we got to do this. Well, we bought tickets through my friend Jeff's baseball league. Anyone who bought tickets through them got to walk the warning track. We had to get there really early, but it was worth it!! We even got to wave to my dad in the stands. Me & Jeff split blue cotton candy. Yum! They sold over 40,000 hot dogs that night because it was $1 hot dogs. That's crazy! --O

Toe Story

P had his follow-up x-rays yesterday morning for the broken toe. He thought it a very good sign that the surgeon spent about 8.2 seconds with him after viewing the x-rays.... he must really not be a surgical candidate!! They gave him a slick new othopedic shoe to wear that will make walking easier, which he'll probably have to wear for another two weeks or so. Once the swelling goes down, he can wear a real shoe again. I figure this is going to ease our packing load for vacation, though, with only bringing one of each pair of his size 12's :) No competitive sports for two months... hopefully it'll be indoor soccer season by then, so no cleats to fear!
